The athletes competing in this event have been deemed the best All-Around twirlers from their respective organizations. The Invitees are selected by their placements at the National Championships of the United States Twirling Association (USTA), the National Baton Twirling Association (NBTA), the Canadian National Baton Twirling Association (CNBTA), and the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation (CBTF). The athletes will compete in three events-
Solo, Two Baton, and Freestyle.
Upon conclusion, two new Invitational Champions will be determined!

Opening Presentation
If you wish to be included in the prestigious opening ceremony and are a reigning (Advanced Only) National Champion or Miss Majorette of America, please email congresscup@aol.com and let us know you will be attending.
Finals of the Invitational
The top five women will compete for the coveted title of the 2024 Congressional Cup Invitational Champion. The top three men will compete in the finals for the prestigious 2024 Men’s Congressional Cup Invitational Championship title!
